General Requirements:

  • Submit the online application

  • The Admissions Committee will review your application Consideration will not be made on an application until all information and payment is received.

  • Results will be emailed to you.

     The timeline for a decision regarding your application will be approximately 10 days from the receipt of your application

Company Requirements:

  • Products you manufacture or represent must meet our definition of a cottage food. 

  • Must have been selling your products or services for one year prior to date of application.

    • Companies in business for less than one year may apply as candidates.

TWO STEP APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Submit a completed application:

  • Membership application along with annual membership dues (Varies by membership type. See below).

  • Create username and password, by clicking here prior to applying, if you have not already.

  • If your membership has lapsed within the last 2 years, you may be eligible to reinstate your membership and might not need to re-apply using this form. Please contact the Admissions Department for more information at email  or call.

 

2. Select the Member Level and Make Payment

Operator/ Provider - limited time membership rate - $37.50

​

Partner - $150.00

​

Corporate - see grid for participation levels 

​

Affiliate - $500.00

​

CandidateLimited Benefits - $25.00
